mailchimp: add MailChimp provider

Added MailChimp endpoints as per documentation:
http://developer.mailchimp.com/documentation/mailchimp/guides/how-to-use-oauth2/

Add MailChimp to brokenAuthHeadersProviders since they require the
client id and secret as query parameters.

Fixes #272
