Aren Patel	cf83b97b3d	Public Marshal API Simplification (#90) ... * Used to have 6 functions: MarshalOnePayload, MarshalOnePayloadWithoutIncluded, MarshalOne, MarshalManyPayload, MarshalManyPayloadWithoutIncluded, MarshalMany - now there are only 3: MarshalPayload, MarshalPayloadWithoutIncluded, Marshal.
