Get ordering of dates in Spanish right (dd-mm-yyyy) 

1. Switch from mm-dd-yyyy to dd-mm-yyyy
2. Insert "de" (Spanish for "of") preposition.
3. Document this new voice recording "of.wav".

As reported in FS-7279.
