+## Inspiration
+
+Sometimes a cocktail of the week turns into a scavenger hunt. Mason and I traveled around the croner to the brass tap
+and had their version of this cocktail. Like one of my hero's, Neil Caffrey, I set out to make a forgery. And I must say,

+## Recipe
+
+- 2oz Apple Vodka (Amsterdam)
+- 3oz Ginger Beer
+- 1/2oz Lime Juice
+- 1/4oz Carmel Syrup (Ghiradelli)
+
+Build in a mixing glass. Mix extra to make sure the caremel breaks down
+
+After poring garnish with cinimon
+
+## Serving
+
+Serve with russian flare, and an apple slice
